Bristol’s Punk Scene in Full Rebellion

‘I am Sinag, and I am a photographer based in Bristol. I shoot events, music and portraits. I’ve been shooting punk gigs around Bristol for about a year now. I started shooting punk gigs as part of the PROCESS course.
Just going around to different gigs and venues, and then I shot the Easton punk festival last year as well. I am going again this year. It is across different venues like Chelsea, Red Lion and the Plough. I had to be standing on the speakers to actually get any photos, just because this was completely cramped, and

mosh pits everywhere, like I was stuck in, and I couldn’t even get my camera out, just getting dragged in.
So, when I had the opportunity to get up on the speakers, I was just taking photos from there. The previous few bands were intense. It was GorZ, Mutilated State and Electric Cowboy Club. And that was mad as well, and the ending was Split Dogs; it was just completely rammed in there. It was super fun, but super hot.’
